  • We offer handcrafted and customized items including (but not limited to) t-shirts, tumblers, keychains, car freshies, coasters, and other boutique items.
  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing custom orders unless stated otherwise.
  • Local delivery is available for a flat $10 fee in select areas. If you are eligible, this option will appear at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and product images are the property of Wild River Boutique. You may not use or reproduce any content without permission.

6. Privacy

  • Your information is secure and will only be used to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.
  • We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
