Shipping Rates and Delivery:
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• We ship domestically within the U.S., and international shipping is available upon request. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and location.
Local Pickup:
• Local customers may choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to schedule a pickup time.
Local Delivery:
• Local customers who are unable to pick up their items can choose our Local Delivery option if you’re within the area. Delivery is a flat $10 fee, which helps cover the cost of getting your order to you
Delays:
• While we strive to meet all processing and shipping timelines, unforeseen events such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect delivery times. Wild River Boutique is not responsible for these delays once your package is in transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
• Wild River Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
