Refunds:

-We offer refunds on non-custom items.

-Customized items are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

- Exchanges are only available for non-custom items and must be requested within 4 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

- Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are **non-exchangeable**.


Exchange Process:

- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wildriverboutique23@gmail.com within the 4-day window with your order number and details. 

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items: 

- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within **48 hours** of receiving the order with proof of the damage (photos), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
